I bought the three faces on ebay second hand, they all still work.
this is a project I really enjoyed a lot, for the beading I used pauls poor mans beading tool, and instead of using a plough plane I used my router plane on a fence to cut the grooves, it worked well, hoping to make a clock in future from oak or a nice hardwood.
It is finished with five layers de-waxed shellac then clear furniture wax.
That is a really GREAT adaptation of the wall clock “body”!
